      No pros of working at weston foods as company has been sold to fgf

      Cons

      The management at FGF is pathetic and not knowledgeable about how things were conducted at Weston Foods...they laid off most of the customer service team and asking one person to do the work of 5 people....no job security....biased management...no work life balance

      Not sure COO is capable of leading the organization. He seems to have an "A know-it-all" attitude. Seems like the culture at FGF is good, open and inclusive. But the COO at Wonder Brands is highly inflexible with Poor communication skills, and No adaptability. Will definitely look outside after so many years.
