Pros
Working at Wondershare was a great experience where I worked with a diverse team of great and friendly coworkers. In general, the Canada office has a great team of people.
Cons
Time difference and communication with the head office in China makes it a constant struggle. There is definitely a difference in work culture and expectations between the offices that takes getting used to (or may never get used to). The fact that most of the senior management level staff is in a different continent creates many obstacles that eventually becomes unbearable.
