      Not a single thing. They promised us the world and gave us nothing

      Cons

      What do I have to say to this company? How many times did we tell them the direction was wrong? How many times did Advantage and CS and Retention and Claims all have to say we need to change our thought process? So what do you do? You go and lay off the entire retention team in Ontario and gut the West along so many others! As if this will result in anything positive other than the market saying what we all were trying to prove against. YP is not for small business or the small guy.

      The recent structural changes were made to establish a strong base that fosters stability and growth, following a comprehensive review of our operating and capital spending.
