Accusations of misconduct of any nature are taken very seriously in our organization and investigations are immediately initiated once reported. The appropriate measures are taken if it is deemed that these accusations have merit. Whether employees call the confidential Ethics line, or speak directly with one of our HR members or their managers, each case is investigated to the fullest extent. Employees who have experienced or are witness to misconduct can consult the Harassment, Discrimination and Workplace Violence Prevention and Management Policy found on our company intranet to report an incident and for the phone number to our confidential Ethics line.

Pros

Not a single thing. They promised us the world and gave us nothing

Cons

What do I have to say to this company? How many times did we tell them the direction was wrong? How many times did Advantage and CS and Retention and Claims all have to say we need to change our thought process? So what do you do? You go and lay off the entire retention team in Ontario and gut the West along so many others! As if this will result in anything positive other than the market saying what we all were trying to prove against. YP is not for small business or the small guy.

The recent structural changes were made to establish a strong base that fosters stability and growth, following a comprehensive review of our operating and capital spending. These changes were difficult to make and have certainly impacted the whole organization. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Pros

The people I work with, free coffee.

Cons

Everything else CEO is not trustworthy. Says one thing via email, and does another (raises), and collects his fat bonus while the rest of us management staff get nothing. Senior management are stuck implementing and delivering company initiatives that seem to come from a wishing well in order to gain customers. outsourcing IT was one of the most ridiculous moves in Juliens tenure. Every day there's something wrong with a system, and it's not getting fixed! Benefits all but obliterated on a whim instead of killing expensive sales incentives, management flying around in first class for a 2 hour meeting, fancy new office equipment. Making us pay for parking and justifying it because of 'market' trends? Seriously? Lay offs, restructuring and outsourcing are a day to day occurrence. No regard as to people's knowledge, the terrible systems we use and employee suggested improvements that could make the company work, including keeping the right people! If it's your turn, you're gone. That's it.
