Pros

Very active marketing and communication team upon the Brand change. You can notice an usual amount of positive reviews on Glassdoor around the same dates, as they try to portray a good image for the new brand even if it is not representative of what life at ivari is like...

Cons

The management is awful there, they manage with fear and micromanagement instead of providing a real motivational environment!! Client services are treated poorly... Low pay.
