      There's potential but they still a long way to go.

      Pros

      Compensation and vacation allowance are pretty decent. Some departments have great work-from-home options.

      Cons

      To sum everything up in one word: Old-fashioned. I had a difficult transition to AEGON/Transamerica/ ivari. Most of upper management has been with the company for 10-20+ years and lacks motivation to be innovative. They have a poor understanding of younger generations and how to foster a results driven employee culture. There's potential for the company to improve given the excitement of the new brand but they must 'walk the talk' when it comes to corporate values instead of management simply paying lip service to employees.

      Pros

      Very active marketing and communication team upon the Brand change. You can notice an usual amount of positive reviews on Glassdoor around the same dates, as they try to portray a good image for the new brand even if it is not representative of what life at ivari is like...

      Cons

      The management is awful there, they manage with fear and micromanagement instead of providing a real motivational environment!! Client services are treated poorly... Low pay.

      Good working hours - looking for new ways to servce customers - some employees think outside of the box - great location to work at

      Cons

      behind in technology! - lack of career opportunities - invest more in star employees instead of "deadweight" staff - lack of communication between certain departments
