Cons

Poor management communication. Disorganized delivery process. Rushed hectic pace to deliver, unreasonable timelines. 2 sick days off per year. Working overtime is highly praised. Marketing oversell and overpromise product features to client.

The initial salary is good, but over the years they stopped providing raises, claiming that salary increases across LATAM should follow Canada’s inflation rate—which doesn’t make sense.

Cons

As a Functional Developer, you only gain experience with OIPA, which is a niche and non-transferable skill with limited scalability in the broader job market.
