Pros

ExxonMobil was a great company to work for. They afforded me my challenges during my 15 years with them in both domestic and international upstream operations.

Cons

Forced out due to oil and gas prices and there internal ranking system. The ranking system does not work.

Pros

Extensive benefits and average salary then most companies.

Cons

A lot of transitioning going on moving business out of Canada. Managers and supervisors belittling coworkers. There is a lot of discrimination, harassment and lack of management care. The Ranking system within this company is not fair. Working at Exxon has been a very toxic experience very bureaucratic.

Pros

Global career opportunities, good pay with good benefit

Cons

lost face-to-face contact with the team members. The management may not really care about the team members since they are in different countries.
