      Pros

      Lots of great people and top talent and lots of interesting work across many of Finastra's market leading applications. Solid and competitive comp and you do learn a lot of good stuff from being part of a Vista company.

      Cons

      The expectation of one way loyalty creates a difficult and highly competitive work culture. No real commitment to developing and growing people at any level and most hires end up being external. Very short term view on just about everything.

      Flexible work schedule and good work/life balance

      Cons

      Everyone is just a number to the company and loyalty means nothing here;all North american resources are being replaced by offshore resources for cost cutting . All higher level management are leaving the moment they get a chance to be out of this ship before it hits the bottom of the ocean.

      There are no pros at this company.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership at director level and above. Continued misdirection of employees. Company grew through acquisition and has no ability to build software. Treats agile as a buzzword and not an actual methodology. Avoid at all costs. Hope to get out soon myself.
