As a supervisor i got a free sub a day, coworkers didn't which i thought sucked. I got some health benefits which was kinda nice.

Cons

Exhausting work, the place gets gross, saying "10/12" is so embarrassing, and its so embarrassing in a really bad rush because of the open kitchen. They also give poor training and would usually exploit high school students.
