Pros

Stock purchase plan is great. Benefits include chiro, dental, orthopedic insoles. Managers have some control of what days they work. As a manager you have the power to fire and hire associates; essentially creating your own team.

Cons

No massage or optometry included in benefits package. The rate of pay does not match the workload. Managers work off the clock all the time and work on average 50 hours a week. No fridges. Employee appreciation is non-existent.
