Pros

It was great. Management was good

Cons

Industry typical scheduling. All holidays no matter what (90% of the time). Typically "overstaffed" but was fun and seeing the special menus/spreads was always nice

Pros

The travel benefits, the pay, the name recognition on your resume, the fine tuning of customer service skills

Cons

If you are looking for a place that does not value you as a human being then this is the place to go. They value profit over all else while touting the golden rule. Make sure you double check your paycheck though, they've been known to short your commissions. They play favoritism. They bully and harass their members and create a toxic work environment. They do not listen to or trust their team. They talk negatively about their team members behind closed doors when they think nobody can hear them. They tow the line when it comes to ethical and sanitary practices considering what they charge clients.
