Pros

The pay and insurance benefits. That’s about it can’t see any other benefits. I guess there is an opportunity to improve but the “leadership” prefers the status quo.

Cons

Revolving door of managers, therefore the inmates run the asylum. The management that is there is more concerned with protecting their own interest than that of the employees. Toxic work environment. Culture of cruelty, ignorance and cronyism is prevalent. Constant erroneous scheduling leads to an excessive workload that frustrates employees, hurts the guests experience and tarnishes the company’s image. Basic leadership skills missing for anyone in a role of authority.

Four Seasons Response

Thank you for comments and feedback. At Four Seasons, we strive to ensure that every employee has a positive work experience but unfortunately, it appears we missed the mark during some of your time with us. Recent engagement scores of our Worldwide Reservations team (many of whom have been with us for more than 10 years!) are at a 3 year high but your comments show that there is always the opportunity to improve and to do better. HR and senior leadership, on an on-going basis work with the Worldwide Reservation management team to improve key business processes such as scheduling and recognizing performance, with a balance to meet the guest expectations for our luxury brand. We encourage employees to use our Open Door policy to speak to any leader, or our HR team if issues arise and invite you to reconnect with us should you wish to discuss your experience in more detail. Thank you, Shaunella, Corporate Human Resources

Pros

Absolutely nothing, I would never recommend.

Cons

Four Seasons is a discriminatory, racist and homophobic company. This company has ruined my life in the worst ways. I am a gay individual that wasn’t out of the closet. The company hunted me down and forced me to do so. After that I went through harassment and suggestion that I was having relationship with various other employees, it was all lies and they push me so much to the edge that I attempted suicide. They finally terminated me for dishonesty. I had been working for 6 years and given all my time and energy, I do not recommend to anyone and hope there rating as employer to work for keeps free falling .
