You don't feel like just a number at FTC but part of a family. Everyone is kind and helpful. Appreciated for your hard work

Cons

The benefits has room for improvement (slightly) but overall the package is very generous. Specifically I think the vision coverage could improve but other than that it's better than other places I've worked.

Pros

Fresh Tracks is growing at a rapid pace, and it’s very fulfilling to be part of a team where everyone is committed to driving the company forward. Despite the growth, the company has maintained its “small company” feel, especially in how it values and treats its employees.

Cons

With rapid growth, there are naturally some pain points along the way. However, these challenges feel largely unavoidable at this stage, and when they do arise, they are generally addressed thoughtfully and handled well by leadership. No real concerns from me.
