      Pros

      You don't feel like just a number at FTC but part of a family. Everyone is kind and helpful. Appreciated for your hard work

      Cons

      The benefits has room for improvement (slightly) but overall the package is very generous. Specifically I think the vision coverage could improve but other than that it's better than other places I've worked.

      Pros

      Covid wasn't easy on the travel industry. With a new CEO and new leadership team and strong employees, this company has turned it around while maintaining (and growing) a strong culture. Very nice place to work

      Cons

      They can grow more, especially if they upgrade their technology
