Pros

Consistent hours, decent pay, easy job

Cons

Management can be a pain to talk to, scheduling is not determined based on availability, far too much politics for entry level management roles. Toxic environment at times. High turnover rate at airports and consistently under staffed.

Pros

No micromagement , You earn incentives when customers forget to fill the gas , also when the car was damaged and they accept to pay , managers are nice , deal with Karen and difficult customers sometimes , rush hours where there is no room for cars but it is worth it

Cons

Fluctuate schedule you might work middle shift today , tomorrow you work early morning shift like 5AM and next day you work closing shift 1 to 9 PM. It is just bad for me because I just experienced personal household problem so I have only one car in the household so I had to leave

Pros

Flexible you can choose your own hours and it’s very easy work. You pick and deliver cars between Hertz locations but it is very low pay

Cons

They need to provide raises because the pay is at minimum wage

Pros

Thought i would have more since i was so excited to start but can't really think of any

Cons

Doesn't care about their employees. Just cut overtime and hours right before the busiest season in car rentals. The commission structure is pretty poor as well with you making them thousands but receiving a small percentage of your hard work. Looking for a new job as we speak
