Whenever the company came out with new products you would get to try them for free (called a gratis). Also having the opportunity to connect with regular customers and customers who really appreciate your help because they find it very difficult to find something fitting for them.

Cons

if you're just a regular sales associate you do not make commission and often times your co-workers get very competitive over who gets the sale even if you're not making commission. It is a very competitive work places and people will steal your sale to make their target and you receive very little recognition for things you've accomplished or over achieved

Pay is good for the work that you do, they pay for your availability along with the expectation that you will meet your sales goals Allows you to make connections with customers, to this day I never forget the customers that really made me feel like I made an impact on their life just by properly fitting them into a bra. Commision was really good as long as you met your sales goals. Coworkers were very friendly and understanding at least for the store i worked at.

Cons

Stressful at times, when there are too many associates and power sellers on the floor trying to sell to so few customers. Managers get very tense when hourly sales goals are not met
