Feel badly for the custodial staff who are underpaid and were treated poorly in the last negotiations. Hard to watch waste happening - various ways, i.e. new software system being implement and it's going very roughly

The only not so positive point can be peer pressure..... though this can be subjective and open to ones on interpretation. In my view, a great research environment at McMaster University while encourages one to perform high standard research, the situation also creates pressure for researchers to come out with big publications.
