We regret to hear that you felt you were bullied and are dedicated to continuing to work with our staff to enforce a respectful, kind, and positive workplace. NEO continues to find new ways to involve their staff in various events and team building exercises, staff potlucks, monthly birthday celebrations and scrum breakfasts.
