All Senior Level Management Needs A Complete Overhaul

The owner of the company treats all of his employees with lack of respect from management down to regular staff members. Always belittles his management team behind closed doors and ensures that everyone knows that "HE IS THE BOSS!" As a result, he does not have true loyalty from his team. The CEO is just a figurehead of the company and does not have any true power or authority. The CSO behaves like an absolute tyrant. He will not hesitate to throw people under the bus and terminate hard working and competent team members that actually do the work and fully support the company's infrastructure. At the same time, he uses his consulting firm that he is a partner and gives them consulting contracts. Is this not a conflict of interest? In order for the company to be able to properly have the strength and the ability to compete with others both domestically and internationally, it needs to have a complete overhaul of the entire executive management team along with a few of the so-called Directors of the various departments that are only loyal to the CSO. The company needs to be bought out and bring in a management team that actually cares about its employees. It is so sad to see the company lose so many qualified employees from regular staff members and select managers over the past few years to our competitors who are more than willing to take care of their team members. That is what our company is missing... authenticity, genuineness, real team work and care for its employees.
