enough good colleagues to make a day survivable great place to learn how NOT to do business (the best practices you learned about in school ain't happening here) good benefits plan safe and free of harassment or bullying of any kind as far as i can tell

all of the comments about bad management are very true, unfortunately everyone for themselves - need to protect yourself and don't expect any real help to make things better too much micromanaging by managers who are out of touch with how things really are on the front lines within and outside of the company unbelievable political games and egos and greed ungrateful managers who expect people will do 'whatever it takes' in the hope of getting a bonus at year end too many unfilled positions throughout the company that drive high workloads on remainder more integration with Bell is making things worse pays the bills but that is all.. no hope for the future at this company as competition increasing yearly high staff turnover for all reasons cited above, as well as the fact that some people stay to get their pension and others stay to pay off their relocation assistance.
