Pros

No micro management Hybrid, possibility to work from home 3 days a week Management, HR and CEO very accessible Good communication Nice location, nice colleagues and teams Fruits everyday, coffee, tea, cold drinks and 4/7 every Thursdays with beer and chips

Cons

Metro is a bit far when the weather is very bad (about 12 min walking) Insurance could be better when you have to go to a private clinic

Talent who would like advancement is fleeing quickly. Marketting has too much control on the projects. The project you will work on is likely part of a shady market related to violating customer data privacy.
