      Opg aptitude test. Nuclear operator in training.

      Pros

      Test was moderate level. 4 tests, verbal reasoning, sequencing, mechanical, decision/solutions on total random stuff. Tests are kept on file for a year pass or fail.

      Cons

      Total random subjects in one of 4 of the tests. Must be quick to answer.

      Pros

      Good benefits and pay if you negotiate or they will low ball you.

      Cons

      It’s not worth it. The culture is super rigid and there is a lot of micromanagement with daily meetings etc. it’s a very fake culture with hardly any diversity in the HR team. It’s also as if people are nice to your face and are toxic behind your back. Also constantly asking people if they are in the office to see if they actually came in! It’s super cringe. Bunch of old farts sitting around for their pension! Toxic culture.

      Pockets of the organization have great teams and collaboration; overall compensation and benefits are good; organization has a lot of opportunity to re-brand itself and assert itself in the energy industry with the recent shift towards nuclear.

      Cons

      Unless you’re in a represented position, prepare to be treated like a second class citizen. Disconnect between what the company claims are its values (facilitative leadership, employee well being and mental health, ED&I) and how leadership behaves
