Pros

Nice if you've been here for 8 years + and are working towards retirement.

Cons

- horrible management that is not committed to your growth. - managers are basically just decent individual contributors that have been around for awhile but have zero leadership skills. - The culture is horrible! Blame games are rampant, unnecessary callouts, making everyone uncomfortable. - Lots of gatekeeping! There is no documentation of anything and basically you're expected to reach out to someone that might have done a certain task and ask them to help. They will then reluctantly do it (not show you how) and then tell everyone "you dont know how to do so and so". - mediocre benefits, no team activities

Pros

Remote friendly, colleagues helpful lot

Cons

The main website, flexbackoffice (FBO) team, it consists of two teams, things are not well organized ! The development process, it is not up to standard, and releases only happen once, maybe twice in a month. The website made by contractors some years back and they did not leave any information on how they built it. This website, it has many bugs ! There was this one person, very good at his job, he was here for two years. But his manager and his manager's manager did not promote him to team lead. Rather, they hired two people from outside to be new team leads. It is hard to understand, management, which is 2 people in particular, they cannot recognize talent.
