Pros

I love working for Procom! I often tell people that I’ve found my home here and truly plan to retire at this company. What I value most is the culture – it’s genuinely inclusive, and leadership actively seeks input from everyone. They live their CREDO values and make a real effort to involve employees in shaping how things are done. Procom is a stable company that takes care of its employees and continually looks for innovative ways to improve. You always feel that your voice matters, and the people here are incredibly helpful, supportive, and understanding – which makes coming to work a positive experience every day. The flexibility is excellent – as long as you deliver, you are trusted to manage your day. The hybrid and remote working options provide a great balance, supporting both productivity and personal life. Even as a larger organization, it never feels impersonal. Collaboration, respect, and inclusivity are truly embedded in the culture. If you want to be part of a team where your contributions are valued and your growth is supported, this is the place. :)

Cons

The only areas for improvement would be enhanced benefits, as the current plan is okay but could be better, and it would be great to have some sort of RRSP match plan.

Pros

The Pro in Procom: - Great Job Tenure: the people here have worked at Procom for 30,20, 10, 5 years and there is a reason why! Everyone here will become like a family. - Job Security: Leadership will help you ride all the waves up ahead. Effort and loyalty are valued even when the global market affects your results. - Community: The people here are like family, they will suport you, guide, and teach you everything you need to learn to be succesful in your role. There are monthly events with fun games, catering, and great people. - Brand reputation: Lucky to say Procom is the largest IT Staffing and workforce solutions organization in Canada, with a growing presence in the US. It will be easy to sell the best IT workforce solutions in the business Private Owned: Businesses have been able to sustain financially on their trusted partnerships and sustainably finance billions of contingent labour contracts across North America without hesitation.

Cons

Age Average: Not many "young" people at Procom since most of the staff here have worked here for 20 years. I am the youngest AM and sometimes can feel out of place, but I know I put in the work to get to where I am, and age is just a number at the end of the day. If you see it as an opportunity to learn from the experienced and look forward to a future at Procom like theirs. C Suite: Although many members are diverse minorities, including myself, it would be nice to see more diversity and inclusion in higher leadership/C-suite.
