I love working for Procom! I often tell people that I’ve found my home here and truly plan to retire at this company. What I value most is the culture – it’s genuinely inclusive, and leadership actively seeks input from everyone. Procom is a stable company that takes care of its employees and continually looks for innovative ways to improve. You always feel that your voice matters, and the people here are incredibly helpful, supportive, and understanding – which makes coming to work a positive experience every day. The flexibility is excellent – as long as you deliver, you are trusted to manage your day. The hybrid and remote working options provide a great balance, supporting both productivity and personal life. Even as a larger organization, it never feels impersonal. Cons
The only areas for improvement would be enhanced benefits, as the current plan is okay but could be better, and it would be great to have some sort of RRSP match plan.
