I have been working at Redwood for less than five months, and it has already been one of the best professional experiences of my life. What stands out the most is how much they care about their employees. The work environment is respectful and supportive, and everyone is treated with genuine appreciation. Even when I worked overtime, my manager reached out to remind me not to exceed working hours and to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It honestly feels surprising at times how much they care. Overall, this has been an incredibly positive experience, and I feel very fortunate to be part of this company.
