Honestly, none. The work environment was toxic, and creativity or professional growth wasn’t supported.

You’re treated like an order taker, with no real space to defend or explain your design decisions. • Toxic work culture where creativity is stifled, and you’re not trusted as a professional. • No respect for work-life balance. You’re expected to be available at all hours—even midnight—because of poor planning and cross-timezone communication issues. • Unrealistic demands and last-minute tasks with no regard for your personal time or boundaries.
