In light of Covid-19, SDC is putting profit before the safety of their employees. The front line staff are being put at direct risk because SDC cares more about their money. What will it take? Employees and customers getting sick? We are exposed to people’s mouths all day. We are not safe. But hey, employees are a dime a dozen, right? Other retailers and companies are doing the responsible thing. Time for SDC to do the same. Also, pay is frequently inconsistent. Used to be paid in the mornings, now it is a crap shoot as to when in the day the deposit will happen. Not fair to your hard working employees. Get it right.

Disruptive industry that promises a better smile

Read a few reviews - most employee complains are about being 1.furloughed then laid off with no notice 2. High pressure sales 3. Unethical. All True! While the company lets the reviewer know that all the lay offs were due to COVID - I personally beg to differ- the best thing that happened to SDC was Covid. They had the perfect excuse of lay off more than 300 shops affecting all of its employees. Had there been no COvid, we would have seen all this layoffs anyway. I’m sure there is more to the story here rather than just Covid. High pressure sales- 100 percent true. While every company goes to business to be profitable, SDC does it without any ethics what so ever. Most of the bad reviews from customers regarding their teeth - all true!!! Dr. Reviews your plans- BiGgESt Joke! Companies like SDC will push consumers to be aware of signing contracts and giving cr.. Cards blindly. Nepotism is rampant and HR the biggest disgrace. Save your self from making the biggest career mistake and look somewhere else.

A cult of dishonesty.

strong sense of culture and unity.

Cons

Sales tactics are about deceiving people into buying the product, not about genuine salesmenship. After bringing up ethical concerns to district managers about the health of customers, I was told to not worry about it, because I had done my part of the job (selling). Another manager told me "it's their fault for not reading before signing". -Not for those with a moral compass.
