Pros

5 weeks of annual leave

Cons

My people leader was a covert bully who spent majority of the time in playing mind games instead of supporting the team. I had to quit and seek the help of a therapist to recover from the psychological effects of having to armour up just to show up to work. This ELT member has now been promoted....tells you everything you need to know about senior management

Great incentives and technology, but culture has declined

Pros

Some great incentives, especially for maternity leave packages. They have top notch technology and good processes in place which someone can learn from and grow.

Cons

The culture has changed significantly since I first joined the company. There is now a noticeable increase in office politics and clique-like behaviour, which has contributed to a challenging and, at times, toxic work environment. Employee expectations are often unrealistic, and strong performance does not appear to be consistently recognised or rewarded. Unfortunately, many talented and experienced employees have chosen to leave, and there is a growing perception of “quiet firing” practices within the organisation.
