Good benefits, but that's about it.

Cons

Very negative environment, department employees fighting with each other and in some instances arguments within the same department. Management and Human Resources has absolutely NO concern for well being of its employees. Employees are too afraid of being fired. Training provided was minimal.

Working for Strongco was by far my worst experience in a 30 year career representing many OEM suppliers of mobile equipment.
