Scheduling was flexible had the opportunity to pick up a lot of additional shifts or trade or drop some. Sidework is clear. Opportunities for advancement if wanted. At one time we had an excellent team which made all the difference. Sections

Cons

The coupons create smaller tips. 2 can dine for 19.99 would have the server running beverages, apps, dinner & dessert & unable to turn the table over in under 40 mins. take home tips each shift
