Pros

45 k base salary plus car allowance

Cons

Recruitment lies and deception. They till you it takes 3 years to get into your swing. Yet they'll fire you 4 months into your job. Bait and switch about territory. Promised territory with small and big accounts, then started off as a "D" rep of mom and pop shops. Toxic work culture, no mentorship from other reps. Back stabbing and gossipping Most reps dont even use their magical training. Its an utter waste of time. Especially if they start you off as a D rep after you get hired The fact that you probably won't be around to collect the great salary comission very long.

It always saddens us whenever a UniFirst Team Partner feels that their experience in our organization is a negative one. Moving forward, we hope you’ve found a much better fit for yourself.

Pros

Employees are all around good people. Most customers are also awesome. Benefits are also pretty good.

Cons

Where do I start? Hours. Working 10+ hours a day, and it still isn't enough. Some people even come in weekends after working that long! All a numbers game. No one cares whats going on within the location, all they do is look at a piece a paper and point out everything WRONG. Raises? Good luck. Blame games left right and centre. Plant is overwhelmed and can't keep up normal day operations. I could go on....

Pros

Being mobile and working on the go.

Cons

Extremely disorganized management. Under payed. Unrealistic expectations (no one ever hit plan in 2 years). Micromanaged. Discrimination and racism was all around me, it was awful. Always hiring because they can't keep people and share extremely inaccurate earning potential. Everything they do is cookie cutter, same plan for extremely urban area and rural. Everything is the same.
