Pros

Union pay scale. Health benefits were good.

Cons

Management often racist and disorganized. If you are a hard worker you are only rewarded with extra work.

Pros

Fun people to work with if you get the afternoon shifts. There's sometimes free fruit in the break room. You get a free shirt with a dumb quote on the back.

Cons

Pay is poor. Part of your wage is the union fee and you don't get that back unless you attend a meeting outside of work that isn't advertised to employees. Customers are mostly terrible people. No discount for employees at all. Schedule isn't consistent and will fluctuate week to week.
