1. toxic environment (in some teams), cliques, clashes and snitches come as an extra. opportunity to burn out in an instant. 1.1 almost impossible to leave on good terms. 2. lack luster attitude from top to bottom which is reflected on the product quality on people's culture. 3. management tends to pick "favorites", not willing to correct mistakes, change policies in favor of the team, make adjustments. 3.2 management is too hierarchical and unapproachable. 4. promotion can cost arm and leg. if you're not based in a certain location, not friends with your manager, better go get a new job otherwise wait a few years till the management makes a decision and win a fight with one of "favorites" over the post. 5. educational opportunities are non-existent 6. questionable product decisions

After a long period of time (6+ years) as a super appreciated team member, I decided to move on to my next adventure. Till that very last moment, I put the effort passing my knowledge and my leave was very positive. Unfortunately, during the leave process neither the HR nor the Finance team informed me that's I have 2 weeks to get my granted options (2 mouse clicks) and convert them to money. 3 weeks after I left the company, I learned that all options and money are LOST... Talking to the management did not bring any resolution. Viber you are very disappointing!
