Worst Organization to work for in Canada
Pros
Nothing really other than SOME presence in BMO owing to some historical relationships setup by Polaris & some accelerators for Fin Tech.
Cons
The Management Team in Canada mostly comprises of Polaris old timers, who trust me have no clue how to work Senior people coming from other Organizations. New joiners, especially on Management are made to feel unsolicited, unwelcome & even unwanted to a great extent. Their Delivery leaders in Canada are very insecure & trash new ideas, demean people just to prove their clout. The whole concept of a work - life balance is a joke here. The diversity in leadership is zero; all are men from Polaris. Work culture - pathetic!! And oh my the vacation - they give you 2 weeks if you’re a new joiner in Management. Ridiculous. Senior Leadership is well aware of these happenings but chose to ignore it & pretend like they are totally unaware. You’re better without a job, than working here.
