Food benefits, good health insurance.

Cons

Beyond absurd micromanaging, pathetic salary options for non-executive positions, very cheap company on anyone who isn't top level management. Company not turning a profit.

The scheduling can be flexible. A lot of servers to help you out.

Cons

Tips are terrible. The worst. People that go to White Spot are so terribly cheap and complain about the weirdest things only to get it taken off their bill. They use and abuse the system.

-no personal growth -no pay raises for front of house staff -servers are resented for making more money than everyone else -expected to handle a lot of tables and work load -high stress environment -not a lot of support offered -hourly wage is a joke for front of house employees -harassment in the workplace, management did not discipline or intervene -management puts customers above employees -training is a joke
