you can make money if you are willing to sell, sell, sell

Cons

Horrible company to work for They sent me to get a certification in order for them to launch a new program. There new program didn't do so well and so they decided to not pay us our contracted amount when there were few participants. This led to me being withdrawn from the program. They have a huge turnover for coaches and employees and its easy to see why.

colleagues are mostly good, free gym membership, meet a lot of good people

Hard to get shift changed or covered, expected to constantly be cleaning or reracking weights when you also have a front desk to cover
