Poor management practices make this a very frustrating workplace. Leadership does not come from optical or Managing retail backgrounds, which results in decisions that are impractical and disconnected from day-to-day realities. The company feels like it’s run from the “land of theory,” with little understanding of what actually works on the ground.
There is also a noticeable lack of diversity, professionalism, and maturity within the leadership team.For those expecting strong leadership grounded in real retail or optical experience, this is not the place.
