After introducing a new "cubby-style" workspace design in their UK office to great reception, a leading global financial services firm tried a similar style in their US headquarters. Surprisingly, "the seats are not being used," a managing director reported. Using this insight from OpenBlue Employee integrated workplace management software and smart sensors, the firm was able to nimbly adjust their seating design plans in other offices. "The sensors saved us a lot of time, money and effort that we might have otherwise wasted in rolling them out to other offices in the U.S. That data was very insightful," she said.
