Throughout our Mental Health Month in May and centered around a mental health day off for all employees, our teammates had the opportunity to participate in an array of offerings which supported our theme of 'Cultivate Courage'. From leadership messages and connects, to an energizing keynote on facing our fears, to mindful leadership training on supporting mental health within the workplace, to the debut of a working well team charter guide that teams can use to create standards for mindful business practices and healthy ways of working that support them in being at their best, we focused on how we can cultivate courage.
