This recognition reflects the hard work, teamwork, and dedication of our employees across all shifts and departments. We are pleased to announce that our site in Poland has successfully passed the Amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) Audit with an “A” rating. This is significant confirmation that we operate based on the highest standards of social responsibility, business ethics, and respect for employee rights. The BSCI audit covers a wide range of areas, including working conditions, safety, remuneration, working hours, the prohibition of forced and child labor, as well as the impact of our operations on the environment and society. This achievement is the result of a consistently implemented strategy based on transparency, accountability, and a commitment to sustainable development. We believe that a responsible supply chain and partnerships with employees and business partners are key to long-term success. We view this audit not only as confirmation of our compliance with international requirements, but also as a commitment to further improve our processes and raise our standards. As part of our ongoing commitment to developing talent from within, we are proud to spotlight employees who are advancing their careers through dedication, perseverance, and our educational support programs. This month, we are excited to highlight Ximena, Supervisor of Quality Assurance, who recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Management. She accomplished this significant milestone entirely online while working full time and continuing to support our teams with excellence. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to strengthen her leadership and business expertise, Ximena pursued this degree to deepen her understanding of management principles central to her role. Throughout her program, she gained valuable knowledge in organizational leadership, data-driven decision making, operational efficiency, and strategic management skills she immediately applied in her day to day responsibilities.
We recently marked Eid with a celebration full of community, reflection, and gratitude 🌙 Festive decorations brightened the cafeteria while employees shared samosas together, creating a warm moment of connection across the team.
