As part of our employer branding initiatives this year, we’re proud to spotlight employees who are growing their skills and advancing their careers at Voyant Beauty through our tuition reimbursement program. Our first highlight features one of our HR Managers, Rodrigo, who recently completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. Driven by a desire to deepen his expertise in an area central to his day-to-day work, he pursued the degree to continue building his skills, prepare for future opportunities, and strengthen his impact at Voyant. With Voyant’s tuition reimbursement program—and the support and flexibility of his leadership team—he was able to successfully complete the program while continuing to grow in his role. What stood out most was how immediately applicable the learning was. From labor relations legislation and collective bargaining to dispute resolution and risk analysis, the program equipped him with practical tools he now uses every day. He shared that the experience strengthened his analytical approach, improved the quality and confidence of his decision-making, and gave him a broader perspective that enhances how he supports both people and the business. This investment in his development has not only expanded his capabilities today, but also positions him for future growth and expanded responsibilities within Voyant Beauty.
Recently, our Quality and Operations teams in Countryside, IL and New Albany, OH successfully completed training on the newly issued corporate guidance for Purified Water Systems, reinforcing our shared commitment to quality and operational excellence across all facilities. ✅💧
Our Chatsworth team is having our annual blanket and towel drive to benefit a local animal shelter 🐾 By collecting gently used or new blankets and towels, we’re helping provide comfort and care to furry friends who need it most. Thank you to all who have already contributed! Each donation helps make shelter life a little more comfortable for animals waiting for their forever homes ❤️
🌟 Meet Griselle Solano, Quality Documentation Coordinator in Elkhart, IN. What excites Griselle most about Voyant Beauty is being part of a team that works together to get the job done efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. She shared how she spent three years as a line leader before being given the opportunity to move into this new role, where she ensures that all processes and records meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Griselle finds it very rewarding to be part of the process behind the scenes and see how everything comes together. Outside of work, Griselle is all about family time with her three kids – whether they’re at the zoo, a park, doing art projects, or having a movie night. She also loves sneaking in some quiet time to get lost in a good book. Thank you for all you do, Griselle!
Our Rexdale team wrapped up the year with a high-energy bowling event – and it was a hit! 🎳 Laughter filled the lanes as colleagues cheered each other on, celebrated the year’s successes, and enjoyed time together outside the office. A big thank you to everyone who joined and helped make it a fun and memorable way to close out 2025!

Here are a few highlights from our holiday festivities across the network: ❄️ Our Roanoke team celebrated the season with a festive holiday party. Members of the ELT joined as well, participating in the festivities and hosting a fireside chat that gave employees the opportunity to connect, reflect on the year, and look ahead to what’s next. ❄️ In Poland, the team celebrated St. Nicholas Day by organizing a drawing and gift exchange packed with lots of laughter and a shared lunch that brought everyone together. ❄️ At Rexdale, we held a holiday lunch and kept our annual potluck tradition going – featuring Christmas sweater and dish contests, surprise games and prizes, a Secret Santa activity, and even a special visit from Santa himself! ❄️ Our Olive Branch wrapped up the celebrations with a holiday luncheon with delicious food, great music, an ugly Christmas sweater contest, and a gift drawing that made an already fun day even brighter.
Elkhart Home Care and Personal Care joined forces yet again! This is the third year in a row Voyant has helped The Salvation Army Indiana Division not only gather gifts for 2 adopted families as part of their Angel Tree program, but also helped unload and distribute the many gifts for about 43 families this holiday season 🎁 Our Olive Branch team also proudly participated in The Salvation Army of Memphis & the Mid-South Angel Tree program, adopting 15 angels this year (12 kids and 3 seniors). Employees across departments collaborated in teams to shop for and fulfill their angels’ wish lists. Nothing screams holiday joy more than helping multiple families have a Christmas they will not forget ❤️
Our Elkhart Personal Care team kicked off the holiday season in the best way possible – by giving back! A crew of 18 team members rolled up their sleeves to support our longtime partner, Cultivate Food Rescue, spending two hours prepping frozen meals for children in need through their backpack program. Cultivate’s mission focuses on reducing food waste while making sure nutritious meals reach those who need them most – and our Elkhart teams were proud to help. Last week alone, the Elkhart Home Care team donated nearly 110 pounds of food, and both plants are continuing the spirit of giving by donating leftovers from our holiday meals. A great reminder that teamwork makes the holidays even sweeter!
Shout out to our Rexdale team for showing up for our community❤️ Together, we raised 1,800 pounds of food for the Daily Bread Food Bank and collected over two large boxes of toys for the Toronto Firefighters Toy Drive. This surpassed last year’s record and reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us make a meaningful impact!
