Cynthia joined our team in March 2021, and she recently shared a look into her #FiveStarCareer on our blog. “I led a project that needed to be delivered relatively quickly, and as the project lead, I had to write the technical specification document (tech spec). The tech spec involved a lot of investigation in parts of the codebase that I was unfamiliar with. In addition, there were mobile and backend components to the project, and I am a front-end engineer. At Yelp, one of our values is to play well with others, and knowing this, I wasn’t afraid to ask for help when needed. It was satisfying to see the project roll out successfully.”
