Interview
Very easy and conversational group interview. They offer you tea while you wait for the interview to begin. After a few questions, they make you choose a product and you have to pitch it to them.

-introduce yourself and share one unique thing about you
-who is your role model?
Handing in the resume, they asked me my favourite tea, 3 words that describe me, and my favourite animal and why. Got a call back and had a job interview, which was very laid back. Just chatting about the job and being very friendly. Overall, the experience was very laid back. It was clear they were trying to find someone who would fit in well with the team while still being able to hit sales targets.

What is your job experience with sales, how much do you know about tea, how important is customer service, what is your favourite tea here.
Group setting with multiple people in the interview. The manager and assistant manager were conducting the interview, and someone from corporate was in the room observing. Group setting was a bit challenging but you could clearly tell who was comfortable standing out and speaking up.
