Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share. It’s a pleasure to hear that you were able to enjoy one of our most popular perks! We hear your feedback in regard to closed stores. It was with a heavy heart that we had to close some of our physical DAVIDsTEA locations in 2020, but we’re missing them more than words can words can say. We’re committed to meeting our communi-tea where they’re at in our 20 flagship stores and kiosk across Canada, on davidstea.com, or in over 4,000 wholesale partner locations (groceries, pharmacies, etc.), all while we continue to take note of requests for new store locations. Co-workers were great, good staff discount, drink as much tea as you want on shift.

Cons

- low pay - some managers could be rather rude and pretentious - Sales became more important than creating a positive customer experience
