Honda Production Associate interview questions

It was smooth and easy. Just asked the questions about past experience. Overall it was a good experience. The lady who took my interview made me feel confortable before the start of the interview

Interview was done over the phone with Elwood Staffing recruiter. They asked if you had GED or high school diploma. They asked about criminal history, for both felonies or misdemeanors. She explained the pay and bonus structure as well as beginning at temp status and possibility of retention by Honda after 6 months. Explained the next steps in hiring process including online aptitude test, physical and paperwork at Honda on new hire day/date.
