Typical hiring process with a first call with their internal recruiter. Then I had a call hiring manager for a 45 minute interview, next step was an interview with one of their Account Executives. The final stage of the interview process was a meeting with their VP of CS.
The communication with the recruiter was smooth throughout the process however I was very disappointed to receive some kind of templated email to let me know I had not been selected after the final stage interview. I asked for some feedback, whether in writing or over the phone but no-one ever got back to me. Providing feedback after so many rounds of interview shows that the company respects candidates' time and effort, and I felt this was very much not the case.
