Varicent Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interviewers from the technical interviews were amazing, really enjoyed the interview process with the team. I got good feedback on interviews, but then I was ghosted for a month, despite sending follow-up emails. Finally, they sent me an email on a Thursday that they wanted to meet before the end of the week to make me an offer. So, from ghosted to rushed. I had to cancel a plan on Friday evening to make space for the interview. They gave me an offer of 40k/year, which was quite lower than what I expected for a tech company from Toronto, considering my seniority and the long interview process. Whole process was 2 months.

Got scouted by a recruiter. First did a leet code question at home and a week later got interviewed by Varicent. Two senior architects were on the call. The interview was 2.5 hours. It was nice.
