Pros

Nothing pro about this job seriously.

Cons

No systems just a script. A monkey can read out a script and ask questions. The most boring work environment you will ever work in. You have to lie to customers by telling them that you are the insurance they are reaching. No management, supervisors escalations. The most ineffective message system that serves nothing. Calls are mostly total loss cases with upset customers, where adjusters will not return calls, texts or emails. Management pretends to be sending out guidelines to deescalate, when nothing can be done, just fancy words. No bonuses, no way of differentiating yourselves among your peers. No flexibility and no openness to suggestions, ideas or implementations.

Pros

There are no pros to this company.

Cons

The last review was given by someone that gets with her boss often. Don’t believe her! Management is a joke and the company doesn’t give a **** about you. There is some nice people there but they’re all two faced. Not an environment you want to work in.
