Pros

full time work when you can get it

Cons

poorly run, management is close minded, treated with lack of respect from switchboard operators. Poor on site training and or instruction for last minute shift, expectations not always clearly laid you. Clear confusion and chaos at headquarters; often times guards will get calls during the middle of a shift on a personal cell phone and caller has no idea that the guard is already working. Operators often are put into the call center without proper site and company training; they have no clear concept of what the security sites are, the job requirements at each site, the location, who the people are that work there, and why they specifically work there.

Pros

Free uniform, and like what, one or two additional days of vacation and sick leave?

Cons

-The Commissionaires expects total and complete dedication to the corps and demands that you work around their convenience, rather than allowing for a stable and consistent schedule. -Your health and safety as an employee is not at all a concern for the corps. -The dispatchers in the company pick and choose when they have an obligation to do their job rather than facing their work objectively. -Selective favouritism, racism, homophobia, and sexism, are deeply rooted in the core of the company. -There is very little communication between headquarters and the sections you'll be working at. -Everything operates on "Seniority" unless it is otherwise convenient for your supervisor/dispatch/BOM/headquarters. -Approval for leave is very difficult to get, or to even have acknowledged. -Being a Full Time employee does not guarantee you full time hours. It simply means you are available upon their request, full time.

Pros

There are no pros unless you are desperate to work for this company.

Cons

Vets are old men and women that are racist. No training except for your basic security licence. theft fraud and corruption at most big sites. Management hires ex military officers who think they are still in the army. No dress and deportment. The Corp takes 30% of your wages to run the business ie 6 figure salaries for management. Bad supervisors are rewarded, employees fired.
